END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA).

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and Custom Carwash Solutions, LLC (“Company”) for the use of all software platforms (“Software”). By using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant:

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or commercial use, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions:

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

• Use the Software for unlawful purposes.

• Distribute copies of the Software without prior consent from the Company.

3. No Data Storage:

The Company does not collect, store, or process any personal data through the Software. You are responsible for any data you choose to store or manage via the Software.

4. No Warranties:

The Software is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the performance, reliability, or suitability of the Software for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.

6. Termination:

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms.

7. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware.
